Grüner Veltliner Blend
A blend of 90% Grüner Veltliner and 10% Zweigelt. Manual harvested of whole bunch, Zweigelt macerated on skins for 10 days and fermented with indigenous yeast. The wine is then matured in 10-year-old barrel for a year, undergoes malolactic fermentation.
