Sauvignon Blanc Blend
A collaboration between Anton and Topher Boehm at Wildflower has resulted in a unique sour ale that combines Sauvignon Blanc and organic grain wort. The blend includes 70% destemmed grapes and 30% organic grain wort and hops, which were soaked for 30 days before being bottled live to create bubbles.
