100% Sauvignon Blanc
Made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, the fruit is destemmed before being pressed and fermented in a ceramic egg for a couple of weeks which gives the wine just the right amount of fizz. The result is a wine with a balanced acidity that gives a hint of citrus and nuttiness, making it a deeper and proper orange sparkling wine.
