Mencía Blend
This Mencía and Alicante Bouchet blend comes from plots located in Valtuille and Villafranca del Bierzo at an altitude of 550 meters. The average age of the vineyard is 50 years. The soil is mostly clayey with some sandy plots. After a manual harvest in boxes, the grapes are selected, destemmed and crushed. Then it goes directly to stainless steel tanks where it makes the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation.
