Syrah Blend

A blend of 50% Syrah, 40% Cabernet Franc and 10% Petit Verdot. Grapes are manually harvested and destemmed. They are then left to macerate for 4 days and then fermented using only native yeasts in amphora. The wine is then matured for 9 months. No filtration or fining.
